Cylinder Key Cutting Machines
The Carat machine is a versatile solution that offers speed, accuracy and comfort to ensure a quick, clean and comfortable cut of any cylinder key.
The machine benefits from many ergonomic features, not least the smooth action of the sprung loaded carriage control and the safety mechanism built into the gauge control to avoid accidental start up of the cutters.
Ease of operation has been built into every aspect of this machine whether it is selecting the correct jaw position, adjusting the cutting depth of the tracer or cleaning the keys after cutting, the Carat is built with safety and convenience in mind.
The machine also has a neon lamp that provides maximum illumination to the key cutting area and a magnifying glass that helps get a closer look at the profile or cut.
Finally, the Carat has a drawer built in that collects all the shavings from the cut, helping to keep the machine, the bench and the whole work area as clean as possible.

Mortice/Lever Key Cutting Machines
The RS206 is a real workhorse of a machine able to perform efficiently and accurately with the most demanding of keys. Lever key cuts, side wards, bullet wards, double bitted and flat steel keys are all cut from this machine.
Special key head holders allow secure and fast positioning of keys in the clamps while the turret that holds the key clamps can be located in 2 positions so that the 2 cutters can perform a whole variety of cuts to keys.
Safety is at the forefront of the design of this machine as the cutters are covered by protective shields which act on 2 levels. Firstly protection from flying shavings while cutting and secondly avoiding accidental damage to the cutters.
The horizontal carriage of the machine is working in dual planes with linear guides providing smooth and accurate movements. An additional damper is designed to allow a better control of the radial movement and rest position of the carriage.
The vertical carriage offers 4 modes of operation. Total free movement allows synchronicity with the horizontal carriage for a radiused finish on lever cuts, limited run movement for duplicating side wards, fixed position for locating flat steel keys in the centre axis of the cutter and a locked position which is set to the operators preference.

Mortice/Lever & Safe Key Computerised Cutting Machines
The 993 Power Lynx machine is the ultimate in accurate and efficient key cutting. The machine primarily uses a graphical touch screen interface which allows a host of functions to be performed.
This machine is basically a computer and as such it means that it can store databases of key codes and also import codes and keys that the user chooses to store personally when a new key is brought in to be cut.
The machine has a built in camera and as the first stage of cutting, it takes an accurate snapshot of the key. The screen will then illustrate exactly how the finished cut will look. The machine can be set to compensate for impurities on the key (dust, wear, dirt etc), the user can also "fill in blanks" on the key profile where teeth have been broken or worn.
The machine is supplied with a standard clamp, however, clamps are interchangeable and electronically identified by the machine so that it is easy to swap around the functionality of the machine.
The 993 Power Lynx machine can also be interfaced with software packages and databases installed on external PCs, in this way any user will be able to download programs to cut keys by code or to transfer scanned pictures of key samples for further code reproduction and/or archive.

Laser, Dimple Key & Computerised Key Cutting & Engraving
The illustrated Versa machine totally automates the cutting of laser car keys and dimple keys. The unit will even engrave customer specific details onto the key head.
Again, the machine is very much a computer with its 7" touch sensitive colour flat screen and on board up to date database of keys and codes.
Positioning the key to be copied into the jaw and running the machine, it will electronically identify the key and the replication it needs to produce another from a blank.
During the key cutting process, safety is ensured as the whole process is enclosed behind a transparent hinged panel. While the panel is in an open position, a safety sensor is tripped and the cutters will not operate. All of the shavings from the process are collected in a tray beneath the machine to keep the work area tidy.
The machine is supplied with 4 key cutting jaws, 3 of which are dedicated to laser type car keys and a 4th for cutting dimple keys.

Laser Car Key Cutting Machine
The illustrated 994 laser car key cutting machine is another example of state of the art technology employed by Keyline.
The machine and its associated touch screen programming unit enable car keys to be cut to a stored database code, by copying an inserted key or by manually typing a code into the programmer.
The jaw is designed for ease of use, a simple 3 step operation locates and secures the key into place where it is then ready to either recognise or read the key. The jaw is designed with an anti turning system so that the key remains securely in place for the duration of the cut. This obviously improves the quality and efficiency of the process.
Again, this machine has a shavings collection tray which can be easily removed and emptied but furthermore, the machine can connect to a vacuum device which is automatically activated when the machine is cutting.
The programmer unit is equipped with various data ports so that the unit can receive and transmit data by most standard protocols. This is useful for updating and archiving the key code database stored in the unit.

Transponder Cloning Tool
The illustrated 883 has been developed to keep pace with ever changing transponder technology.
The 883 has been introduced due to the increase in vehicles equipped with transponders. The device includes the most innovative electronic components, it can clone (duplicate), display the code of permanent (non-changing) transponders
and identify encrypted transponders.
The 883 is simple to use,
simple and clear instructions provided on the display help to guide the operator.
The unit has a practical and innovative design, the side mounted antenna allows the key to be read without being removed from the key chain.
The software of the unit can be updated
and with the unit will communicate via a
USB or RS232 interface.
The 883 connects to a PC using either a serial interface (RS232) or by USB for simple (plug and play) connection and faster data transfer speed.
